Postage Details
We send all our product through Australia Post. The prices for postage and packaging in the shop are standardised online prices. If you orderthrough the online shop or through the fax or email with the order form the postage will be charged at exact rates for Australia Post plus $1.00 for packing.
If you are waiting on a delivery and are concerned that it may have been lost, please contact us.

Online Ordering
If you are ordering online but not paying through our online system, you will be sent a 7 day invoice with your purchase. You will have the option to pay by cheque, direct debit or secure online payment. -
Fax/Email Orders
If you download the order form PDF, you can print it out and fill it in (or fill it in on your computer with Adobe Reader and print it out) and fax back to us on 02 9475 0921. We will send you a 7 day invoice with your purchase. You will have the option to pay by cheque, direct debit or secure online payment.
